Stayed over 60 nights last calendar year using the All Accor app. Currently on my 129th day this calendar year. I’m living/traveling between Japan, Korea and south east Asia, this app is a wonderful companion. Searching for best rates and new locations is a breeze. The members data, status points, reward points and future stays is very detailed. I always do my bookings on the app and never have had a problem. It would be nice to have the “simulated point calculator”, thats on the website, on the app ✨👍I’m a very greatful, happy, All Accor member. Thank you for this app ✨🙏✨

We are on the road a lot (2 out of every 6 weeks) and when we heard about the benefits of the Accor membership program, we installed the app and signed up. It didn’t take long to achieve Gold status and we’re quickly approaching Platinum. The appeal of this membership was that if we chose to book only with Accor hotels, our benefits would add up. With our Gold status we should receive a welcome drink, a free room upgrade and a few other perks. So far we have only been offered a drink once and the room upgrade was only when we mentioned it. We understand that it is based on availability but it would be nice if the people checking us in would mention it! It would even be nice if they acknowledged that we are loyal customers! It doesn’t encourage us to continue using this service and being loyal to the Accor hotels since the benefits are not what they had promised.

I wanted to book my girlfriend a room with early check in option that they offer on their website. However they don’t let you pay on their website you have to pay on site. I did however want to pay for my girlfriend’s trip so I called 7 times no answer. I emailed no answer. So I booked over a different website but they had no early check in option to book. My girlfriend’s trip drove all night 13 hours and arrived at the hotel at 7 am today. They told her early check in at 10 am for 80$ (I always checked online early check in is still bookable) at 10 they told her no she has to wait till 3 pm. I called 17!!! Times until someone answers the call. I told them I can book early check in right now on their own website. The lady told me yes you can always book it but we don’t guarantee and refund you. So we planned a trip she traveled 13 hours all night and now the day she needed to sleep she can’t get the room. Worst customer service and empty promises. Stay away!

5 star stays with a 3 star app

Love these properties and will continue to stay for personal overnights. Would love it if their app had the option to pull up folios from recent stays for business trips. I have a Fairmont loyalty number which I use for bookings through a corporate travel site. Marriott and Hilton are able to integrate loyalty numbers (frequent stay profiles) with the site so that when I open their apps my recent and upcoming reservations are preloaded. Moreover, when it comes time to reconcile corporate expenses at the end of the month, I don’t have to hunt for a paper copy of my folio; it’s all in my profile on the app. That feature and digital check in options would bring the quality of the app more in line with the quality of the properties.
