Menu

Menu is not even available to update. It’s useless

Won’t work

Logged on my laptop to see that you now have an app! FINALLLYYYY! But it won’t load and continues to say “Something went wrong”.
Since I haven’t been able to log on I have no real input on the app but if other reviews are correct about not being able to change/add items I would say the app is worthless.
Hope they figure it out!

Come on DoorDash

I don’t ever leave reviews to be honest. And was super excited to finally see there was a merchant app, but you guys charge us an arm and a leg, I’m sure you have enough money to properly program your merchant app, to have access to be able to make changes to our menu items, add menu items, 86 menu items, you guys are great with apps and set the standard for what delivery partners should strive to be. We’re happy to pay the high delivery fees since that’s what it takes to get to that demographic, but would like to have easier ways to control our business. The website is very frustrating to use on iPhone, also annoying and I don’t always have time to go use my laptop whenever I need to edit my menu. So I thought downloading the app would make it so much easier, but to be honest, as it currently stands, it wasn’t worth the download. I hope you will improve this soon.
