App opens to a white screen - doesn’t load
This might have happened after latest IOS update. We can’t access mobile merchant app as white screen persistently stays on, doesn’t download the interface. Also desktop version has issues. One location on desktop is switched to mobile version for some reason where you can’t upload new photos of products. When you switch to another location it works like a charm. Inconsistent and doesn’t make any sense.
Menu Manager Issues
Last Night or Emm.. Today’s midnight I was editing my Menu made several changes on the modifier sections to make “nice and easy read” but I was recently updated many NEW modifier and changes it shows “Unable to Save Changes” I waited 5 minutes and click save, it went through. When I Swipe Down “Refresh” to see my NEW Modifier, the edit of New Modifier went GONE Completely! I tried redo everything again twice and the same one were not SAVED in the “F-word” Menu Manager.
I hope in the future the Menu Manager have good improvements because redo everything is quite big work and experiencing bad “Save Changes” that were Say “Saved” but Not Saved.☹️☹️☹️
Menu editing trouble
Now I need to open each of the modifiers to add one new item, instead adding all modifiers to the new item. This is way too troublesome and harder. No idea why the app developers made it this way, maybe they hate their company? Also, I need to add the new item to the same modifier a few times to make sure the item has that modifier. Sometimes it won’t show on the item even though I already added the modifier. What’s wrong with you DoorDash?
