more This is the fifth different FSA provider I’ve used in nearly as many years (my company loves to switch providers!) and PNC BeneFit Plus app is the easiest to use of them all. The app is user friendly by having minimal options/tabs, preventing the dreaded “how did I get to this screen?” and/or “where the heck is XYZ?!”. Claim submissions are intuitive and documentation uploading works great and I’ve experienced zero errors over the past 5 months of usage. The ledger is accurate, reimbursements are transparent and quick! Anytime a receipt is needed, or any other important info is communicated, the notifications are in red and displayed clearly on the Home Screen. The only thing missing is the ability to upload a receipt immediately after the charge is made—as it stands, a receipt can only be uploaded AFTER it is requested.
