I give this application five stars. I have downloaded 4 fax applications prior to this one and all were difficult to use, and said they were free but wanted credit card information for the “free-trial.” When that is said cancellation money refunding becomes complicated one way or the other. With this fax app I did not experience any difficulties period. I was able to have options on how to apply the documents I needed to fax without any obstacles. I entered my (sender) information as the app requested, took pictures of the documents and the app scanned the pictures itself without problems. I could of fax the document from my iCloud, google drive, drop box, or photo library etc with a single tap of the icon shown on the screen. I wanted to get the full experience of this fax application so I took new pictures and it scanned them very thoroughly. If the picture was not clearly visible to read the fax app would continue to re-take pictures and scan them continuously until I tapped the done icon. After I finished scanning all of my documents I tapped send fax, & “BAM” my 4 page fax was sent. I was given confirmation that all of my 4 documents were faxed to the fax number I entered. I took screenshots of the confirmation information/pictures the fax application sent me, and I sent them again via email. I included a message with the fax number explaining something similar to this without the fax app review. Also, I attached the pictures that I faxed and the confirmation pictures I saved when the fax app confirmed my 4 page fax was successfully sent. I recommend everyone to give this a try, and experience the quality & the convenience of this fax application for free as it states. Please/thank you

I was a long-time user of Efax until faxing became somewhat obsolete in my daily business several years ago. Unexpectedly, I needed to fax a multipage document to several recipients and was for a moment at a loss to find anywhere that still had a fax or even a landline! And due to a timely situation the option to drive somewhere was not as available. A friend had found Fax Free and recommended it. Worked PERFECTLY, was very user friendly, compatible with my devices, and incredibly convenient. I met my deadline and have an organized record of each fax along with with notifications of successful delivery. I highly recommend, especially for those who still fax on a regular basis. Only thing that would make this 6/5 stars is a “pay-as-you-go” option for those who mat not need the service as frequently but still want the option to use when needed. Excellent experience and thank you!

Hi, thanks for this great app! Having convenience to fax documents from my phone at any location sure helps a lot. However within the product itself it would be nice if there were options to insert a coverpage and/or write notes or add information on the documents being sent. Instead I can only send photos of documents that I take pictures of and upload to the app. I’m not sure where the uploaded photos go after they are sent thru the app’s fax because I no longer see what pictures I’ve previously sent in my app’s library. And lastly the quality of the faxed pages leaves much to be desired as the sent sheets look low budget really low but overall it gets the job done. One more thing: the price is high and the options of purchase packages doesn’t have options it’s just $99. For the year. Or that’s the only option I had it could have been that I agreed to something in the fine print in the very beginning when first trying the app and it autoloaded that plan. I weighed my options after the fact and left the purchase as it was. So again it has been a life saver when I needed to get documents somewhere and convenient and easy to use. -Cristy

I had to get urgent and important documents to my state government for my son’s birth. I am currently having my mail forwarded and had a limited amount of time (less than a week) to get the documents to them, being a busy mom I had no time to go anywhere and fax this info. I thought, well it’s 2023, there has to be an app right?! I gave this one a shot, but was weary, these documents HAVE to be in, no exceptions. I sent the documents on Friday in the app, they showed as delivered on Saturday, I called my local gov office on MONDAY and they were impressed that they had the documents via FAX already!!! I am utterly thrilled and impressed, thank you for providing a necessary and much needed service. I recommended you to the government office to notify people to try this!!
