I do love this app! Not only can I store my debit & cards in it, but also my car insurance, all the “customer rewards cards” for grocery & most other stores with a customer rewards program.I do appreciate how you can scan “cash back” rewards & even “some” gift cards as well. Definitely helps organize and to minimize cards in the wallet. With this, you don’t need to bring all your cards with you! It’s also very simple to add cards, tickets, coupons, etc. Sometimes you can just go to the company's app & easily “add” to the wallet from there. But I do wish more stores/company's had this feature.One thing that would make this app so much better was if it allowed other cards to be manually entered in. Hopefully in the future it will give more options than just “add credit/ debit card or transit.” Those are the only options that are available currently when manually adding a card to the wallet. It would be so nice if there was an “other” option to be able to add ANY card or coupon. This app is especially helpful with the Apple Card, reminding you of payments that are due and making it super simple and convenient to pay, while also seeing how much interest you will be charged. I’d love it if all my credit cards had this feature available through the Wallet app!All in all, I do love this app, it’s super convenient and user friendly. However I do wish there was an option of manually adding cards that you can’t currently add.

The wallet app allows for a chance to find different ways to move money, products, gifts, thank you’s, and allows us a chance to be different in a technological advancing world. Being different than eras before this current one by using a differentiation in monetary application through the app is rewarding, fast, and fun! I loved when I worked in retail and people had the option to use Apple Pay. I’m going to highlight the AfricanAmericans/Blacks across all generations. This market of consumers really benefits from this technology because they are amongst those that easily share knowledge of services like this. I have witnessed it and have been encouraged and encouraged others to use Apple Pay/ Wallet. It gives us a chance to have a easy way to connect through transactions by either making transactions easier, faster, friendly, and sanitary (less contact for everyone especially those concerned after COVID-19) I just added my Drivers License, I said to self “Here’s a chance to be different with a cool service being offered) In doing so I am saving time looking for my ID if ever carded. I love the wallet app. “Come here pin pads” *Tap To Pay* PS. I love that the app doesn’t need much maintenance or service center calls to fix issues. It’s just me and my wallet app taking on transactions. I wish more apps and business transactions worked like this!

I just can’t find how to get to support so I’m hoping someone sees this here. I love this app it makes life so much easier. I happen to maybe like it to much because all of my friends from everywhere use it to send me money for gifts to get food, we play a game there’s over 40 of us in a twitter group chat we have numbers assigned and we randomly generate 1 through 40 whoever’s number is picked has to buy the next 2 people assigned to the numbers generated after the first winner. I have been lucky and won the prizes many times we play multiple times a day as well I know this is very bizarre but it was a lot of transactions and I noticed as a local friend was sending me some money for a gift it came up on his screen that my account is suspicious and may be involved in fraud. I also use the app to send and receive money from my girlfriend, send money to friends when out if they are short on money at a restaurant, like yes I used the app for a lot of transactions but it is a mistake to label me as something I am not I was very offended when I saw that pop up on his screen in regards to my Apple Pay! I also sell shoes and have a clothing brand, I sell pokemon cards as well so I rely on this app to help me in many ways given a lot of people pay cash in person but more and more people are switching over and I enjoy using Apple Pay just don’t know why I am being labeled this way for spending too much money or transferring too much for my account? Is there a limit to how much and if I went over shouldn’t it have just declined me when I went to far and told me to wait? The verifying process with Apple Pay was horrible! I had to reach out to a customer service representative, because my Apple Pay just all of a sudden stopped working.. I have been making transactions back and forth for an entire year. Then all of a sudden without warning. “ I got a message that stated my Apple Pay has a restriction!” I was not allowed to send or receive any amount of money. Not even a $1 After speaking to the customer service representative he stated that I need to scan my I.D. ( I must have scanned it 1 million times before & after speaking to him. He reset the process about a million times and still couldn’t verify my I.D. He stated I needed a black background the reason it didn’t not work for me all those millions of time before I reached out. Well every verification I sent with my I. D. this particular “million of times” the background was indeed black. Still nothing. I must have repeated this process another million times. Then the representative stated that the camera was blurry. ( I own a 17 pro max Apple phone of course)! There’s no way to have a blurry photo with a 17 pro max. Even with a representation on the line the verification was horrible. This is insane. ( I never have this much trouble from the DMV)!! I verify with them online all the time some time all I have to do is a click here and a click there & boom verification is successful with the DMV!!
