One Bad Apple is spoiling the whole bunch
Hey Apple, you were ordered to cease using your SP02 (Oxygen Saturation) feature by the Court while in Appeal. You, however, are still advertising it & selling to those whom are clear that is their purpose in dropping $500 on an upgrade they do not need but for that feature. Only when they receive the watch and try to add the complication do they learn they can’t. Isn’t this called Consumer Fraud, False Advertisement or just thumbing your nose at both the Court (Contempt) and customer? Man, I miss Steve Jobs. Now it’s just a bunch of suits running a company that was once trustworthy and worthwhile. It’s like a marriage that’s gone bad. It may not be over yet, but it’s already ended.
On Hold for One Hour
Apple issued me a gift card and placed it in my Apple wallet. I tried several times to use it in the Apple Store app. It didn’t work. I called using the app. I was transferred to four different people none of whom would fix the issue or refund my money. Most of them did not even bother to explain the issue to the next person to whom they transferred me. Everyone I talked to could see that the card was valid and that I had a credit, but no one could make it work and no one would refund the money. Finally, I was transferred to a line where no one picked up. (I know I sound mad right now. I am. But I was very patient and nice—at least for the first hour I was on the phone.) Apple cannot give me back the time I wasted. And apparently the can’t seem to make anything work right anymore. The least they can do is refund my 60 dollars.
Delivery date is phony
When I selected a MacBook Pro from the Apple Store app, two delivery choices were listed: pick up today at any of the three Dallas stores, or free delivery to my residence tomorrow. I elected to take the home delivery since the Mac would arrive the next day and I could avoid the 45 minute drive through Dallas traffic. So the next day comes, but the order status now says it will arrive 5 days later. I tried to get a rep to redirect the order to store pickup, but was told they can’t do that. Status said it hadn’t shipped, but the rep claims they can’t change it. I opted to order, rather than pick up the Mac, because of the next day delivery offer but would have fought the traffic if I had known I really had to wait 5 days. I'm looking at the Apple Store app right now, and it still says free next day delivery.
