I have been working with him for a while now. I was also working with a psychiatrist who of course wanted to go the medical route. I tried several meds who takes weeks to see how you respond. Eventually I was having very dark thoughts almost everyday and night and the insomnia left me alone with my thoughts. I told them and they brought me down slowly, you can’t just stop, and it took weeks. If it works for you then do it. Working with Craig has helped me feel so much more powerful then swallowing that pill everyday. Yes I still have work to do, some days and nights are harder than others and it may continue. Hi I’ve used this app to help my 90+ year old parents attend video consultations with their doctors during the pandemic. All of these suggestions are to reduce inputs that would make the app more user friendly and the check in process less cumbersome. Could you make some updates?: 1) allow user to save as a favorite their medical waiting room/provider vs having to input info to find it each time; 2)allow us to save the patient info again maybe as a saved profile or favorite they can select; 3) can you integrate the consent button and next button. To make it one step/click at this point? Or can you make consent box larger. It can be hard to see if person has poor vision. I hope televisits continue post pandemic for non urgent care appts. It saves a lot of time and costs to not have to make a trip to a non urgent doctor visits. Making this app more user friendly would really aid the user/patient. Especially when they may not be feeling well so a simplified check in would be greatly appreciated. As well as older users would benefit as well. Thank you.

I’m SUCH a forgetful person so when it slips me I have an appointment one day and I’m out and about I love that I can whip my phone out and talk to my therapist in my car or wherever I need to. Also sometimes I’m too lazy to get up and charge my laptop (like today) so I can just sit in bed and have my session without moving😂 I guess I should also say that the app works great— which it does! The only thing I’ve noticed is that I won’t get my providers messages if they send me a chat on here, and I don’t know how to open a session when my provider is calling me. I click on the notification to join but then it makes me go into a different room from my provider? Idk, it’s weird, but we always figure it out lol Thankful for this app, though!!!!

The App works great, not sure if that is what the review is supposed to be about. Hopefully this is intended to give my Therapist the praise she deserves. Camelle Burlock is amazing and I would not have made the progress I’ve made without her. I am beyond blessed to have found someone who understands me and evaluates my situations with so much care and intelligence. To anyone who has put the idea of counseling or self care off for any reason and, I truly understand there can be many reasons we feel it is ok to ignore or put it off. Don’t put it off any longer, I am stronger today than I have ever been. I Understand myself more than I ever have and I am so lucky to have the ability to work with Camelle. This has truly been a blessing.
