This only works in portrait mode.The Idevice sharing the “screen recording” session needs to rotate the device so that it is usable ate all.You have absolutely no control over what is happening on the screen, as you would expect. Instead you have to get the client to rotate their screen until things are right-side up and then you most talk them into doing everything because you have no control remotely.Very disappointed in this implementation as before it was usable and now, not so much.

As an I.T. Support Professional I use SplashTop SOS. It allow me to support end users on demand at anytime day or night. I know the remote connection is secured thanks to SplashTop Securty investments. The clients absolutely love the ease of you to allow me one time secure access to there systems and Mobil devices and I love it as well. It has allowed me to support them over the internet without the need for a constant reconnection something I myself have experience with cheaper options and get the same toolset that more pricey options have for a flat fee. You truly can’t go wrong!

Thought I called Walmart Coustomer service no it was a scam line that tried to make me make a 300 dollar purchase for 21 dollars worth missing items thankfully an I working card was on file plus I refused to purchase and called the scammer out why do I need to pay for what I’m missing ? First time hearing of this app and the company tried to scam me it obviously wasn’t Walmarts real number
