As much as I appreciate that this app has been created (because the call center would take upwards of five minutes just to get somebody on the phone), the app still has a lot of developments that need to be made. Firstly, the call center button does not connect to the call center it goes to some other service from LA care. Additionally, it would be helpful if I could edit an upcoming trip. For example, I make reservations on behalf of my mother at least a week in advance and her appointments are constantly influx. So instead of having to cancel a whole trip, it would be nice if I could just edit the date and/or time of an existing trip. Also, since my mother lives in an apartment, there is no way to notate the apartment number that she lives in so that the door – to – door service can come and find her in the correct space. Lastly, can there be a way for me to identify my home address so that I do not have to constantly update it every time? It may seem like a small task, but after booking several appointments at a time, it really does make the process easier.

EVERYTHING changes with each new update, important addresses and info gets DELETED and the app becomes more of a hassle for people to use with EACH UPDATE & I DON’T GET WHY?! Who is making these updates and WHY?! Where is the need or want to change things SO MUCH EVERY UPDATE and why does *everything* have to change or move or be removed?? Are customers making these revisions upon testing the app or when using it or are these just arbitrary updates that come at users expense for seemingly no other reason than to make things more difficult and less efficient?I really couldn’t be more grateful for the SERVICE and I hope this doesn’t come off as ungrateful for the actual service being provided and those behind it but the devs behind the APP(!!!) are just doing whatever they want and testing out all sorts of features, ABSOLUTELY ignoring the constant feedback they get and continue on making the app in their own image when I am SO sure they are not even using it in the same capacity. What gives???EDIT: I was able to find the rebook feature (I believe this is new) and while that was helpful for my immediate needs, my life situation has been very impermanent and so being able to add another address that I can be picked up from was so helpful. I had to move at least 3 times in 1 year. Now I am more stable in that sense but my “perm-address” is stapled as my LAST address and I can’t change nor choose another (unless I rebook). I didn’t have to change it before because I was able to just choose another address, AND I was staying at two places: between a family member and at another location on my own so having two locations for home was actually really helpful as well. I don’t need that now but I do wish I could change/add addresses from the app.

This app does not function at all. I partially believe they have done this intentionally. I’m constantly catching app glitches, error messages for absolutely no reason, addresses fail to load properly. Using this app is extremely stress inducing. Once I saw that an update happened I was excited, but I’ve never once in my life seen an app get a complete upgrade only to come back 100% worse. At least the previous version was simple enough and I could successfully book my appointments. NOW…by the time I figure out how to get pass the glitches I’m lucky if I even have enough battery on my phone because the app also makes my phone run hot. Needless to say, I am beyond annoyed and the developers need to go all the way back to the drawing board. You failed miserably.8/25 update y’all getting on my nerves with these daily updates that block access to the app unless you update. Some of us are trying to book our ride home and don’t have internet or extra data to be updating every 21 hours and to make matters worse, yall are not even fixing the right stuff!!! For example, when I go to type in the address I want to go to, it takes entirely too long for the app to recognize or pull up the full address. Worst app developers ever!

The updates, especially the ability to store doctors’ information, have definitely been helpful. However, the app has become very slow, frequently freezes, or gets stuck loading. Has anyone looked into whether the growing amount of stored information and increased number of users are contributing to these performance issues? It seems like a pretty straightforward equation: more data + more users = the app needs better optimization. I hope the developers can improve the speed and stability because the new features are useful, but they’re frustrating when the app is difficult to use.Come on, guys. Great features deserve great performance too. Don’t make us watch the loading circle longer than our doctor’s waiting room. 😅 And no worries my phone and app are up to date.
