It astounds me that somebody actually got paid (probably a LOT of money) to design such a profoundly flawed piece of junk of an app like this. How it ever got approved to actually go live is beyond comprehension. It won’t let you log in and will randomly crash and log you out and the only way to make it work is to delete it and redownload and then after a few minutes it does it again. The person who designed it should be fired and black balled from the entire industry for life and have to give back all the money they got paid to do such a terrible and incompetent job

TLDR...This app is useless.FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ENJOY READING A TIRED, CRAZY MAN'S RANTINGS WHICH WILL FOREVER FLOAT OUT IN SPACE AND HAVE NO EFFECT ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF THIS USELESS APP...I successfully created a Liberty Dental account on a browser on my PC but couldn't print an ID card using their website (Heaven forbid I use a PC, the only thing I have that is connected to a printer) so I downloaded this app. At the login screen it says "you have to bend over and go through the account creation obstacle course again" (and that's what it said verbatim LOL). When I finally successfully verified the via email after three failed attempts it asked me for a new user name and password. I entered the same info that works flawlessly on the browser and it popped up an error that my username/password don't meet their criteria. Then I say to myself "hey - no big deal! I'll scroll to the bottom of the page and click the HELP button, which turned out to not exist.I give up.

When the app “loads” all that is displayed is the logo. Basically nothing happens so the app is useless. Can’t login or access account. Nothing.I previously submitted a review and afterwards called Liberty customer service. I spoke with a kind lady, Janae (apologies for spelling). I have to go through BCBS Medicare Advantage App to access my account. Please disregard my rating as I can’t use the app for my account.
Works on computer site but not APP

Don’t know what it is, but APP will not let one log in. At login it wants to use a connected site or app that allows it to communicate with website it says. You have to accept to move forward. This worked once for me in January 2022, but never since. Deleted and reinstalled several times. Website does work. Called customer service and the have no clue about app.
