The app is easy to use but has next to no information for me. My spouse is our primary subscriber so that might explain why, but I can’t see anything about our deductible and how much has been met, or other totals. It’s very bare bones and lacks any real substance. Even if my husband is the subscriber, as an adult I should be able to see those totals as well. Obviously not his claims, but the deductible progress is so basic. I love the company and their philosophy but the website and app is essentially useless unless you’re the subscriber and that’s very annoying.Update - Thanks for the response, Centivo Team! I am now able to see my totals and some more information that makes the app much more useful.

Their branch, Centivo Care, support line never has anyone ready to answer. I spoke to a representative at the Centivo Insurance branch and they even said they were having trouble reaching someone at the Centivo Care branch. I emailed them days ago for a call back and the email was not answered/nor did I receive a call back.My issue was that they said I could not access the Centivo Care telehealth services until February 1st despite my summary of benefits stating that my coverage began early January. Disappointed with the lack of support especially since I had ran out of my medication and was looking for a fast/ convenient way of speaking to a physician through their Centivo Care telehealth services.It’s a little frustrating that the insurance branch can’t reach anyone within their own firm and that there was essentially no support for me from the Insurance side except to give me a number that I’ve called multiple times without an answer.

I love my Centivo app! I have easy access to my ID card and can find a doctor in the in-app directory. I can also see referrals from my primary care physician instantaneously and get questions answered about my coverage and claims via chat with a representative. So quick and so easy. Can’t say this enough, keep making healthcare easier Centivo, because it’s working!

Liking this app! One of my favorite features is the ability to track what my family has spent on healthcare so far this year. Also appreciate the convenience of having my ID card in the app, which has come in handy when I left my real one at home.
