I thank god for Always Hope since the day i’ve joined not only am i a member but my two older daughters are and when i tell you from the receptionist to the psychiatrist EVERYBODY there is so loving and welcoming no judgements. Before Always Hope i felt alone but now i feel like i have family. I was actually on the edge of giving up until my referral went through and i tried it out ever since then every day im getting better my daughter was diagnosed with adhd they saw the signs and so did i .before Always Hope i didn’t know how to handle it but to shorten this novel up Always Hope is the answer guys you can feel the love the care warmth on top of getting whatever else you may need in their field they’re already two steps ahead to get it done. It’s not about money with them it’s about approaching mental illness and shutting it down in a beautiful way to insure we are not being ignored we matter to them .Turn to Always Hope guys i promise you you won’t regret it. sorry for the novel but it’s my testimony
Good, simple app, but please offer an iPad version?

I want to echo all of the previous requests for an iPad version of the app. The current iPad UI is weak, particularly (and ironically) for the screen one must use to attempt to submit feedback about the app. That screen is basically unusable on the iPad because one cannot view the message while one is typing it. And editing that message is nearly impossible. Also, there are 2 aspects of the login process that are inconvenient for the client. First, the fact that an email link must be sent, used, and then deleted over and over again seems a waste of time for the end user. Second, when one has to enter an email address to even get access to the app, the coding is apparently not appropriate to allow use of the iOS auto-complete feature of iOS. And it does not remember the email address that one has entered last time, and the time before that, etc. That means the email address must be typed manually, which represents another unnecessary additional effort for your customers. Some simple coding improvements and a more standardized login process would make the app much more convenient and enjoyable to use.
Helpful and pleasant graphics too

I’m a clinician and just tried using the application for clients to get acquainted so that I can recommend it. I’m impressed with the ease of use and did not find any of the problems mentioned in the reviews about slowness or messages not going through and I was able to request an appointment and also cancel it easily. And on my clinician side I saw things come through quickly and now that I’ve tested it myself I will recommend it and give it five stars! I’ve been using SimplePractice for about five years for my notes and scheduling and Medicare billing. I can get personal help when I have difficulties with billing or anything else from simple practice staff. I don’t use it for any other billing because I don’t take any other insurance and I handle my cash payments through QuickBooks.
Needs some changes

It’s an “okay” app. I can see all upcoming appointments. Great. But as far as anything else, it needs major updates. I cannot be logged in on more than one device at a time and that is extremely annoying. I want to seamlessly go from my iPad to iPhone but I cannot. I have to continuously login each time. What on earth?! I want to stay signed in on every device and not need a link emailed to me. The messaging…there are absolutely zero features to this. I cannot format text or even attach a photo. This is a THERAPY app…I need to be able to express myself in bold and italics. I need to be able to send screenshots and photos. Also, when my clinician sends me a link I cannot just click it, I have to copy and paste. I cannot delete documents I upload. Why? There are things that need not be there after my clinician reads it and I should be able to have control over that. The upcoming appointment timer is way off. At 10:00am this morning it said my next upcoming session was in 1 hour. Um. No. It’s at 12:30. That’s two and a half hours. (It’s 11am now and it still says 1 hour.)The notifications are hit and miss. Sometimes I get an email telling me I have a new message, sometimes I don’t. Sometimes I will get a push notification and it goes to my Apple Watch, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes the badge app icon shows I have a notification, sometimes it doesn’t. See where I am going? There is no consistency. For an app that is used regularly that is frustrating.
Thank you for using the SimplePractice Client Portal app! We've included bug fixes and small enhancements.
