I’m an IT person so I understand it’s difficult to cover every contingency, so you have to always make sure the person reviews everything after you make an update to your software, but you don’t always tell us you’re doing that, luckily there was something weird when I went up to re-order and managed to look to see my address and it was wrong. I checked last order- the re order. it looks like an order was sent to me to a wrong address for someone else they got canceled so y’all should’ve sent me a note to say something like there’s something wrong with your account. Maybe you should check it but with all the stuff that goes on, I know that’s not that easy. otherwise you are doing a great job in a difficult difficult world. Guys great going developers! Actually, I’m going to change it to five stars just for you - because I’ve been a developer and I don’t want to take the star away from you -so here you go its 5 stars. Test platform? My last order was placed February 8, I did not receive supplies as expected. On a live chat with Eunice on February 21, 2022 I was informed that your company notified me in January that my provider needed to send another signed order? I had never received that email, and while looking through my junk mail to verify the lack of notification, my chat “timed out.“ So I initiated another chat with Shaira, which “timed out“ without warning after two minutes, while I had almost completed a summary of my previous chat. Then I began another chat with Jemimah, Summarizing my first discussion with Eunice, and expressing my displeasure that I had not been able to find any notification by email. Your company has my phone number, but I also had received no telephone communication. I had an appointment with my provider already scheduled for the following day, February 22, 2022, which was three months after my previous visit. It appears that my order for diabetic pump and sensor supplies is not as important to you as it is to me. I contacted DEXCOM directly for supplies to hold me over, now I’m completely out and purchasing out-of-pocket from my local pharmacy. Does Byram still want my business? I have no record your company tried to contact me, and when I saw my provider the following day, her office also had not received any notification of the need to send notes again. This note is already too long, my extenuating circumstances are complicated, but I am expressing my displeasure with poor communication from your company regarding my needed supplies.

I was sent the wrong dressing for my very serious wound. Accidents happen. Mistakes happen. So I called and was put on hold for 32 minutes without one person coming back to say we haven’t forgot about you, were super busy sorry you had to wait so long. Nothing. The representative that finally took my call had no clue about any of their products or why what they sent me wouldn’t work. (They sent me stuff to pack a wound instead of flat dressings to cover a wound). She had no idea what I was talking about. The doctors office placed the order so I was just guessing at this point as to the name of the product I needed. After 10 minutes we settled on the product I needed and then it took her another 15 minutes to finish the order. She said I would need to send back the other dressings and they would send me a shipping label via email. That was 2 days ago. I have not received anything to allow me to return these other dressings. They are very expensive and I just hope they aren’t going to charge my card again for the replacement dressings. IMO the new dressings should have been sent immediately and I shouldn’t have to worry about a return since the mistake was theirs. Horrible customer service. And customer service is everything when ordering medical supplies. They’re reps should be trained and have knowledge of their products.

Bynam has come a long way in making ordering easy. I was apprehensive at first that I would make a mistake. I do not think it is possible to make a mistake. They double check and triple check your order so as to make sure that you have everything in your order. The service hotline is also very helpful and the personnel I had on the telephone was so pleasant and friendly to me. This company deserves much credit for the way they handle their business and their clients. I look forward to working with them again and again. The DEXCOM products they carry and offer are superior to others that I have used. I am quite pleased to say that I am a Bynam client and a DEXCOM user.
