There’s no other options in Florida to send commissary money, so it’s almost a waste of time to complain. But people need to be aware of how clumsy and non-user friendly this app is. Even JPay was better. The most annoying thing is that it doesn’t save prior session information. Despite having the feature buttons to save state, institution, inmate name and credit card details…you have to go through the entire process and have your card in hand every time you want to send money.Even the small annoying check box approval before sending is hidden below the actual approval button. So every time you put all the information in and then see the “submit” button? You can’t submit until you scroll down to the stupid check box where ANOTHER different submit button is!? Like I said, it functions, and why complain. But I will still give it two stars and say it operates as if it’s a middle school computer project.

When I download the app it only shows one state and mines is not on it. It is the only way in Florida to pay court ordered payments and I have to use the website which is not easy. It keeps reading bad error. I spoke with my probation officer and see tells me a lot of people are having issues with the correct pay. Supposedly you can go to one of the locations and pay but none on the map accept correct pay. How can this one system be the only system to accept payments here especially because they are out of state in a medical complex. This company needs to pay attention to the people who are bank rolling them. Upset customer!!

The only thing that works in this app is the stupid AI chat feature. Naturally. Of course that works, even though it isn’t very helpful. I have deleted and reinstalled three times, as instructed. Still, nothing works. I can’t even visit the tech support site because it, too, is broken. I was using the website previously, and although it is also basically trash, at least it somewhat functions. I don’t know who designed this system, but seriously. I hope you didn’t go to college for this kind of thing, because education clearly failed you.

Nothing ever works on this app, I try to send money and my mom doesn’t get it, I try to attend video visits I get stuck on the loading screen, messages are honestly 50/50 on whether they get delivered or not. I swear the only reason they don’t fix this app is because they know we have to use it because it’s the only means of communication with people’s loved ones. Thankfully my persons almost out cause I couldn’t imagine having to use this app long term.
