This is perhaps the worst patient portal I’ve ever experienced. It’s impossible to login nearly every time on iPhone and iPad “login error” message. All I want to do is send a message to my doctor and this unfriendly platform will not let me send a message via the app nor the website. Getting logged in is a difficult task. Reading messages a challenge. Sending a message, well that’s impossible. The developers of this platform should be ashamed.

Althea EHR App
This app is hands down the absolute worst healthcare app ever - it is always erroring out when attempting to enter information, or it lets you enter it but then it doesn’t store it. There also is no way to message your medical care team, only receive messages. Absolutely disgusted with this app - if I could give it zero stars I would.

Some how, my account is locked for security reasons.I follow the prompts to reset my password, and it regurgitates the same reasoning to not let me access my account.There is no way to contact someone to help find out why, and let me gain access to prescriptions my doctor has ordered for me to get.
