VERY Impressive!
(Writing this on November of 2023) this app surprised me with how user friendly it is and how well thought out it is considering its size. A lot of apps that have millions of users are just clunky and bad, but this app is deferent! It’s amazing and I love how many work outs it has! I genuinely can’t think of anything bad about this app besides that it doesn’t have iPad support, but that’s kinda expected when it’s an app you use primarily on a phone in the gym. Apart from that, 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Incredible app, exactly what I needed to plan, time, and log workouts
This app is perfect for anyone who wants to creat their own custom workout plan, as it contains the vast majority of exercises in their database (including a the muscles it hits, a tutorial, and execution tips) as well as an option that allows you to put the weight you will be using during each set, and a live rest timer that can be customized by the exercise.
Overall, the closest app to what I needed. Wouldn’t recommend for those with little to no experience or research into lifting and who don’t know exactly what they want. Would also like more specific descriptions of which muscle the exercise is hitting (ex: just shoulders vs anterior delts). Also, a dark mode would be nice. In general, very few complaints and an extremely underrated app.

Great App!
Honestly this app it great at recording sets and although some workouts are “locked” there are similar one that you can use to track instead. An example it dumbbell curls which you can choose and kettlebell curls which are only available for premium users. The ads also aren’t very bad!
