User experience for this app is trash. It’s constantly sending me notifications for the same badges I already completed. You should be able to edit what spot you sign up for after youre in the class and be able to see where you’re at in the waitlist. Let us leave reviews or in app feedback for the coaches. There needs to be a friends feature so we can go to the same classes aa our friends. The calendar syncing is faulty and only works 50% of the time. Please take the feedback and fix the app!!

Please update the app with functionality members actually want… 1. Ability to change your class spot. 2. Show where you are on the waitlist 3. Definitions of badges and fix bugs to not show already completed badges. 4. Some type of buddy feature so you can see where your friend is booked in the class.. we don’t care about a fancy banner at the top.

Review is based on the app itself and not an individual studio. Booking a class is pretty straightforward. However, I wish more detail was provided for CS4 prior to booking and the ability to switch spots/bikes in reserved classes after booking. Right now you would need to cancel and rebook. No Apple Wallet integration for the membership card either and forces you to open the app.

App is easy to book classes but frustrating that you can’t see if the class is full or have the ability to switch your spot once you book the class. Also wish you could see your waitlist status
