I’ve had this app for around 2 years and it is horrible. I wish I had asked more question before agreeing with the cameras my IT guy installed. Now I am stuck with this POS. The user interface is terrible, but the worst thing is every 3 months I have to uninstall and install this software to receive alerts. Doing so fixes the issue every time. But what a complete PITA. I wish the developers would fix this.
What a huge improvement

The Luma View app for my new cameras is a huge improvement over the old Luma Surveillance app. I love that this company continues to develop the app and make it more user friendly. I recently met one of their experts at a C4 Yourself Day event and he showed me so many cool things this app can do that even my technician was not aware of. Keep up the great work!
Does not work with iOS 26

This app needs to be updated for iOS 26. The app downloaded fine but won’t open. I see a black screen with a Luma View logo at about five seconds later it goes back to my home screen. I’ve tried completely closing the app. I’ve tried completely powering off my phone and the app simply does not work.
