Every Walmart order gets charged twice. The original authorization and then the final amount. It does the same for Target as well. It takes 30 days for the original “pending” amount to drop off. Hertz rental takes a month or more to post so money gets put back on the card after 30 days and it’s become a huge mess. Olive Garden accidentally did two charges on this card from my Apple Wallet and it took 30 days to get it back. My brick and mortar bank has never had these issues, nor has ANY other digital bank. This bank is only good for getting your Uber deposits right away but man the extra hassle this has caused has made me reconsider that convenience. You have to scroll through all transactions for the Pending ones to show at the top. I don’t recommend this card/bank for anyone who doesn’t have a cash cushion as these pending transaction issues will have you pulling your hair out. Customer service is a joke and I have to explain myself 3+ times because they are locked and loaded with generated replies. I’m over it! Oh, and the places the app says you can add money, well you cannot add cash directly to this card. No location they say will, actually does. They all say they have never been able to. My locations say Dollar General and a couple of gas stations but nope, not accurate at all. This card and app has been a huge hassle and the biggest waste of time. Use ANYTHING else!
