This is a very convenient reliable and very professional app. They cover all the basics for a fairly decent price they make streamlining automated rentals a breeze. I would choose no other site to go through as a landlord, this site is amazing and they help at all angles, including collecting the rent , getting notified for your jobs needed, having a true portal to pay through that’s simply amazing. It also protects the landlord and keeps them private if you own many units I would truly give them a try before anyone else, they are truly the best. Thank you for all that you do TurboTenant appreciate it.

So I recently came upon this app and decided it was good to use to market my rental property. I went on ahead and created my account and submitted requested documents to verify my account as well as if indeed the property is mine. Only few hours later for turbotenant to suspend my account. When I reached out to them, it took more an hour on their chat site to only be told they will reach out within one business day. Mind you that don’t have a telephone support so you really can’t reach out and speak with someone. Today I get an email from someone named Melissa to only be told that my account was suspended with no explanation as to why and their decision is final which cannot be reversed. While I replied to their email and requested for an explanation but no response obviously. Turbotenant is a joke of company for any landlord and turbo tenant ain’t the only way to market my rental property. I don’t need turbotenant but I’m only writing this review to make other landlords aware of their shenanigans, and worst customer service

I was considering switching from my current low-cost service to TurboTenant because I really like their listing service. However, to customize my application, I would need to subscribe to the premium tier. Additionally, accessing reports, such as a rent roll, would require an extra subscription.It would be helpful if there were a better tool for manually recording expenses, as the current system only allows you to take a picture of the receipt without scanning or categorizing the information. Furthermore the expenses tab does not provide a nicely formatted print report; it only allows for downloading into Excel. I also do not understand how the condition report in the move-in report works. Should I complete it and have the new tenants sign it? Can they add comments or pictures to the report?

We'll definitely consider your requests and appreciate you taking the time to detail what would be helpful for you in the app. For Condition Reports, it's up to you how you use it. You can fill it out yourself in advance of the tenant moving in (many landlords do this) so you can then compare it to their report. You can print it and do a walk-through with the tenant in person. Alternatively, you can send the tenant a digital report. They can fill it out on their phone or computer and then send it back to you for your signature. Hopefully that helps!

I have used TurboTenant for about a year now and it makes the process of managing applications, lease agreements with electronic signing , money collections and communications soooo easy! I have recommended this product to so many other landlords out there because it’s easy and takes a lot of the emotion/drama out of signing a lease in person and collections are all auto generated and collected. I pay the annual fee to have access to all products but there is an option to pay-as-you-go if you prefer. Well worth the small investment! You can’t go wrong!
