Sign in is all I see to access

I would rather stab myself in the leg with a rusty fork than use this app. •The billing is never right or available.•Still have not fixed the Apple Health connection.•the first entire page of most of the menu items is a huge “PSA Notice” with most of it being for people in Utah, which I am not. Can’t hit “OK” or any other way to get rid of it besides scrolling past it on every page.•So….M….F…..ing….slow…. I usually don’t stick around to see if it actually completes so most of the app doesn’t work because of it.• Security. There is so much stuff in the app that doesn’t work so it redirects the navigation to the Patient Portal website. This means the navigation requests coming from the app are constantly flipping to being requests from your internet browser, where sometimes you have to login again so it’s not using, or keeping track of your authentication sessions to the Patient Portal. This is really bad because it means you have 2 separate authentication sessions happening for a single end user app experience. I don’t even want to know how they hack that mess up on the back end, but it sure makes for a terrible app experience.•Is there a way to give zero or negative stars?

Feels like it was designed by doctors, not consumers.You cannot edit your address/phone number…but you can change your time zone! You cannot view bills from all Steward providers.Lab results from the same blood test are broken up into a million different parts….SIMPLIFY THIS! We don’t need a heading at the top with the date, source and ordered by for every result, just show this heading once!View and Download did not work under the Visits sectionWhen you click on appointments, I would expect I could see my past appointments. All I want to know is when I had my last annual physical and it’s like an Easter egg hunt in a forest…at night.

How about one of these generic “bug fixes” updates fixing integration with Apple health syncing? STILL cannot properly add account and fails after login. “Unable to connect”. Broken since launch and is literally the only critical feature so folks can have their info in one place. I’ll just use the desktop to read charts.
