I have to be honest I have found products that I absolutely love and purchase from the site that I found for a dollar and then there are other things that I absolutely love I’m a woman with severe epilepsy I have been buying the pants that are very stretchy and they have been perfect although I’ve been losing weight I’m going on trying to find the correct size Some pants that fit perfectly some happen to big I absolutely love a T-shirt that I got that has the American flag buying gifts for other people I did purchase a toy for my grandson unfortunately that will have to be saved for the new baby and I did wait saving up funding and I can’t wait to hear my grandsons giggle when they see the next toy that I bought it literally has a family swing your place in a tree and everybody can be together sounds silly but a child’s laugh is Like such a beautiful sound I just purchased headbands for our new baby granddaughter oils essential oils essential oil perfumes I absolutely love being able to give those for gifts for my daughter-in-law and for my daughter never mind myself but I wish they could look into companies that are selling products on here that you’re able to find in a dollar store.I love China rain the fact that I’ve spent a bit of money on it and then finding the exact same product upset me a great deal but I think that’s because I’m living on a disability and I literally make every penny count i’m extremely grateful except for that bottles of China rain that I have purchased now I have people looking all over the place I think we all would do that Hope everybody stays healthy👌
Orders list can no longer be trusted

Orders list, no longer accurate in regard to returns and refunds. So many missing. Evidently there is no one at the helm Checking the functionality of the app’s or the website’s orders lists. Perhaps with all their money they should be hiring better developers for their app both online and iPhone. Get it together guys when I am relying on you and spending thousands of dollars a year (And sometimes thousands of dollars a month), I need to see the status of my returns and immediately on my orders list as they used to be up until a few months ago when the orders list seemed to fall apart, interestingly, right about the same time as your developers started moving the buttons around on the homepage again, and again, apparently trying to kill time and preserve their jobs when they should be looking at the functionality and the intuitive set up of your customers lifeline – – their “orders list.” I don’t know how much money you guys are making, but don’t make enough money not to NEED know IMMEDIATELY that you have received my return and that a refund is pending, or more importantly refund received. I had to call the company today.– – No longer an easy task – – just to find out if I had been refunded on a crushed vitamin bottle I was forced to seek a refund for, again on your call center, since there was no way, apparently any longer to do so on my orders list If I were in charge, I would put someone way more qualified into developing and watching over the functionality of Orders List. I realize that may mean that you have to spend more money on a developers salary, but that shouldn’t be a problem should it?
Chat AI is Aweful!

This is my 4th time trying to write this review and getting kicked out in process. The app chat is AI based and only gives a handful of options to choose from. It will not let you write questions and responses to its questions. If you happen to word your request just right to where AI "offers” to have a rep call you, you have to provide your phone number in the non-encrypted chat. If you are able to get the rep via chat, you might get kicked out while you were trying to follow the reps instructions like I was. I could not find the chat to return & respond to my rep after trying the instructions, which ended up being very different from what I found to finally solve my order printing problem. I used to be able to print my order with a lot less steps in the app and I have to now. A few minutes later I found the chat option in my notifications, but it did not let me return to or see my rep chat. The app says they hold chats for 24 hours and this is a lie! This AI chat is a disservice and takes jobs away from real people. The app does not give an email or customer number to call, which companies used to do. This is a disservice. AI is unnecessarily complicating the help section and preventing companies from taking responsibility for helping their customers, especially when using AI "customer help". It took me in circles and could not answer the questions I needed help with.
