I have been a Verizon customer for over twenty years, when cell phones were first coming out and making it into our daily routine. I have owned businesses over the years and I can definitely say that with Verizon’s service and towers I have never been out of reach for my customers,, friends or family! I have always been impressed with how well any of my phones have always had service, never really dropped calls unless it was extreme terrain like desert or far off into the mountains .. but even still I would not be without bars for king. Being a single mother most of those two decades having uninterrupted service and reliable coverage is extremely important for our safety and just feeling secure in the world alone with my children out on our own ex excursions and adventures from the mountains of tn to the California coast to New York and down to the Florida beaches also everywhere in between I have always been happy with my service and coverage overall and period!! I have had several other phones with different companies and none have ever compared! The cost is worth assurance to me.. yes some other companies are less expensive it are also less reliable I know that for a fact and first hand .. I will always remain a loyal Verizon customer unless something drastic or frantic changes !! Thank you Verizon for always keeping me in the loop with family , friends, and especially with business and never allowing me to mis an opportunity for my family and our success and survival!

I have always been extremely pleased with Verizon, service, support, accessibility and more but today I was completely overwhelmed by my long chat with Brian who was ever so knowledgeable, practical, patient, and answered all of my questions even if I took a little extra time to understand, he wasn’t in the least bit irritated by my concerns regarding privacy, changing my plans for better features while still keeping my bill affordable. We reviewed so many features I didn’t know I had before and made sure to point out every add on and eligible feature for my use. We discussed adding lines, bring your own for activation plus adding new members to my family account in the future by doing so much math for me- which I can’t be grateful for enough as certain features or bundles may not have been suggested while others were that had not even come to my attention to ask during the call - and yet he seemed to know I might have lingering questions based on his ability to understand what I wanted most from this call. He itemized many scenarios for me and I fully intend on taking advantage of those features soon now that I have all the information necessary provided for me to communicate to others moving forward as well as other services and must importantly - my new active plan which was the first and most important reason for my call. I am already feeling better and ready to use my cellular service with Verizon- personalized to me and my needs alone. Thanks Verizon and thank you Brian! Another happy customer!! -Jacqueline

Most of the shopping was straight forward, but trying to go back and change a major item was impossible without cancelling my entire order and starting over. I later decided I didn’t want my new phone cost spread out equally over time, I wanted to change it to buy outright, right now, but that option was no where to be found. Then as account owner, I was trying to add some family items, but it said I needed the account manager (my wife) to do it. Really, that was a head scratcher! Also as I was setting this up, it was taking me some extra time, and in the time it took me to finalize, some offers changed, and I had to stop and re-review before purchasing, then in the time it took to review that change, I was no longer able to receive my new phones tomorrow, to where now it will be 3 days to get the same items, even paying for the overnight fee, it still said 3 days, regular delivery was 6-10 days. So that’s why you only get 4 stars. You try to save money making customers do the work, but I’m guessing the executives who chose to sacrifice customer service with live agents, to save their salaries for your profits. I tried going to the store for in person help, but you can’t get the online pricing from Verizon, if you’re actually in a Verizon store!

I have been a Verizon customer for years and for the first 5-10 years I was very happy. Though once you start having problems with phones over heating and/or swelling just forget it. I was told to go to my local Verizon store for help & the girl behind the counter and acting so sweet. She got me a new phone, tried to get me to leave the one I had trouble with, which by the way has all my pictures on it that I can’t get off. She then offered me a tablet that in her words “technically we are giving it to you and it will only cost you a few dollars a month and it’s a fabulous deal. After many “no I don’t need it “, she convinced me to get it. Then she told me to put my land line with them and it was going to save me money. It’s been over 3 years, I’m still paying to keep my phone number and it has never been activated. I go to the store, they tell me the wait is long & it can be done over the phone. What they don’t tell you until instead of replacing my phone that even got very hot while they were holding it, is that very few stores are actually Verizon owned stores and the other stores are advertised as such but are a chain & the employees work on commissions. I signed my papers and after 3 weeks of not being able to get my land line hooked up. I got my paperwork out and realized I was charged over $400 dollars for a phone that should have been replaced. Had I known that I would have got a iPhone. Buyer’s beware, they are great until they have to fix or replace a faulty piece of equipment.
