Rx 2 Go 17+

This app has many glitches. When clicking on profile tab, all the letters are overlapping and unreadable. I am able to scan my meds or input prescription number to refill under the refill tab. But if I don’t have the prescription bottles with me, I am unable to refill prescriptions from my profile list. Apparently, this has been an ongoing problem and not resolved because I see a review from over a year ago with the same issue. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall app with no success in solving the problem. I also attempted to use tab below the app and was able to live chat with someone, but they were unable to assist me with my problem. The person was nice, but didn’t have ability to resolve my problem and redirected me to my pharmacy to contact Computer RX to resolve problem. It is a lot of trouble to resolve a problem for a product that is supposed to make our lives more convenient.

It seems as though this app doesn’t work unless the business is open and operating. So unfortunately you can’t depend upon it as a point of reference for what scrips are almost due and which needs refills from the doctor. App is almost entirely useless but the staff is very nice at their location.

I’ve never had a problem with this app until I got my new phone and now my barcode doesn’t work because the screen is so large that where it says light and cancel aren’t even part of the screen now I need it to work from my phone because I’m old and I need it to work thank you
