The app is being manipulated by other gig apps, and the customer service people are just ignorant to the fact as much as you try to bring it to their attention, they don’t care. They say that they have a new exclusive feature that gives each driver an exclusive offer that they are given five minutes to accept. I’ve been on the app for over a week and not received one single offer not an exclusive offer. Nothing but I constantly get notifications of new offers popping up, but the second I look at them they’re gone never once have I received a single offer in over a week on this app. Not worth your time trust me.. i’ve also asked Customer Service why do I need to get notifications if I have the app open in front of me should I not just see the tasks available as they are available? Why am I getting a notification if I have the app open I’ve asked numerous times and every single time the conversation ends when I ask that question they refuse to answer that question they don’t wanna admit there’s a lot of problems with this app and only one or two people are actually getting all the orders and probably giving them to specific people that pay for that specific person services. I’m sure there’s a third-party company that’s taking all the orders and giving them to specific employees of theirs.

The user experience with this app is really, really bad. If I had two jobs that were clashing - one on zifty and one on another catering app, paying almost the same, it’s a no brainer to go with the other app. I actually really dislike using this app and I only keep using it cos they post good jobs. No one cares about the users (drivers) experience - not you guys, not ezcater, no one. Cos the fact that they still use your service in spite of your compromised back end where bots have access to - to steal jobs before they’re even posted, the terrible updates you do without informing your users and just the general terribleness of the app is just baffling. The whole app needs to be revamped. Everything needs to change. It’s gone from bad to worse in the last two to three updates, bots have free rein on the app and real humans can’t even get any decent gigs anymore. It was broken before but at least there was a chance. Now you guys have totally limited our chances of fairly competing for tasks. It’s just unbelievable how in 2025, you can’t find a solid way forward, the whole app needs to be tossed and rebuilt honestly.
Unethical use by some drivers and careless company

Some drivers are able to bug the system and use applications to automatically accept the good paying offers. I started Zifty delivery service since 2023, it used to be good I used to get many offers. Now even my rating is top-notch (5 Star) I get maybe 1 order a month. Exclusive offers are easy to catch however I don’t see any exclusive offer that is worth accepting. It’s always either low paying ($19-23) or long distance (such aa 20-45miles). I know no-one is going to look at the review and try to work on it cause as long aa their platform runs that’s all this company care about. Doesn’t matter how unfairly some drivers are able to make more than $1000/weeks and others just get low paying orders (maybe 1,2/week) . I know that drivers are using the bot to accept orders which should be unethical. I don’t think this company care about ethics or equality as long as thet are making money.

This app is a waste of time.. since I signed up they keep sending me offers 100s of miles away from my zone, I tried multiple times to reset the zone, but still not detecting me as at that other far away State! I contacted customer support they advised me to contact the support through their email, but they came out with so dumb response, they said we don’t have control over the offers and we can’t help you! You need to wait for the offers close to your zone! It has been months n’ all I’m still getting are those orders from that State located 100s of miles away!!! Don’t waste your time they are the worst among all other apps!!!!
