Yep, I’m happy with my Sharp Care Team and Sharp Services overall. I came from UCSD Healthcare System and after retiring from UCSD and becoming Medicare eligible, I chose Sharp Rees Stealy as my future medical care partner! This is strictly a review for the Sharp patient app as the medical professionals at Sharp are excellent. Been w/Sharp before “FollowMyHealth”. FMH was simple & logical. A recent update moved the appointments to under the “Message Center” - why? Took a while to figure that out. When an appointment is scheduled, could you put the name of the medical person or medical department you have the appointment with instead of “Your Healthcare Team” - that would be more helpful for at a glance type of thing. (Yes I know I can use the search). Also have a mechanism to upload more than 3 photos to a message or have a secure path to upload over 3 photos.
