Simply remove your Sleepbuds® from the case and your chosen sleep sound will start playing automatically. In Bluetooth Disabled mode, we shut off the Bluetooth radios and play audio directly from the memory on your Sleepbuds®.

more I have had severe insomnia tor two years. I’ve been to numerous sleep specialists, flown to other cities to meet with doctors who specialize in sleep, tried a CPAP machine, every drug known to medicine, created perfect sleep hygiene habits, tried CBT for Insomnia… you name it. None of those treatments worked for me. I was hospitalized because of my insomnia at one point. The gentle noise of rain, ocean, white noise (any of them) works, BUT it only works for me if I have earbuds because having the sound coming out of a speaker in the room does not give me the same results. Naturally I tried every earphone for sleep option I could find. Air Pods, sleep masks with Bluetooth speakers built in, smaller earphones, wired earphones, basically I tried everything. When I saw Oslo Sleepbuds I was a bit skeptical because I didn’t want to spend $300 for yet another gimmick that wasn’t going to work. I was desperate so I bought them. They are the ONLY thing that has worked for me. The sound quality is great, they fit my ears perfectly, I sleep on my side and never in my back and they are so small and comfortable that I have never once felt them in my ear or been woken up by discomfort. I almost never give reviews, but this is a product I believe in and I hope this review helps anyone suffering the way I was. I bought thousands of dollars worth of various earphones to help me sleep and they did not work. I am falling asleep fast, staying asleep all night, and waking up refreshed. My sleep monitoring devices are all scoring my sleep at above 90% with these sleephones. I am so glad I found these.

I love the buds for the size, comfort and battery life but the app is, as another reviewer said, garbage. Ozlo needs to get their act together to fix these issues and improve the functionality. I’m glad I did the subscription instead of buying these outright as I do not know if I will keep them. The sound library is a joke; the sound quality when streaming is awful and should embarrass former Bose employees; once you set an alarm you cannot change or delete it, so you just keep adding alarms; noise masking barely masks noise—options for noise masking or noise cancellation would be an improvement. The Bluetooth range is ridiculous—it’s less than 10’ before you lose connectivity. The user guide instructions say to move the charging case facing left toward your head and then place your phone to the right of the case for optimal connection—really? That is the best Ozlo can do for this price point? I’m disappointed because the reviews say Ozlo is the GOAT of sleepbuds. The physical product might be the best, the software/firmware whatever it is called needs major work.

And I’ve tried a fair amount. The noise blocking technology is out of this world. One of my favorite things about these buds is the battery life. 10 hours! That’s what sold me initially. What got me to stay is the noise blocking technology. I enjoy the app as well the soundscapes are fun. I haven’t tried them all yet, but I’ve been enjoying listening to them as I fall asleep. Thank you, Ozlo! Seriously. You’ve done it!
