4/5 SOLID. Could be a little more user friendly but🤷‍♂️. Easiest way it to connect your bank, you can auto withdraw to put into the Hughes checking, then you can setup auto transfers from Hughes to loan. Or to pay with debit card but that costs

I’ll replace my review once the card control is updated. I love Hughes. They are a great CU. I really love the customer service. But they got rid of a lot of features and keep pushing back the updates. They took away card control and then said they would update it Nov 2024. Now they are saying Jan 2025. It’s Jan 25, 2025 and I guess they still have 1 more business week to get it done, but if it gets pushed back again I may have to close my accounts. I rely on card control for protection. In the day of identity theft and scammers I like to know I can turn it off without calling the bank and without it being a permanent thing.

I have NEVER in my life had more issues with an app than this one. It’s absolutely trash!!!! Nothing works. Every time I click on a page, it’s blank or doesn’t load. I’m very tech savvy so I know this app is just trash by itself. I’m not the problem here. I’m constantly stuck having to email their customer service and they are also incredibly unhelpful. I don’t think they know how to navigate the website either. It’s so frustrating when you’re trying to find things on the app when literally nothing works. I can’t even find the payment screen, and that’s very telling!

The new app compared to the last seems like they just took everything that worked in the last app and just got rid of it. Doesn’t remember your login, Face ID doesn’t work, page selection doesn’t work, app loads more than it works, takes you external if you try to do anything besides transferring money, I can’t even look at all the 4 options of pages because they just stay blank. Literally nothing works. It’d almost be easier to just call into the bank for whatever you’re trying to do
