I have always loved churches since a young buck of a child! Me and my family would eat it non-stop until we were cackling like hens! Any location that they had in Columbia trust and believe, we were in the building! Everywhere from North Main Srt, to Two Notch Road, it’s always been an experience and always a value for your money. Nobody does it like Churches has it; hands down unlike any other! Thanks Churches and a holla and a shout out the employees who make it all possible! There can only be one and by all means Churches is always got tops and number one with me!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Church’s Chicken!!! It’s always so crispy on the outside and very juicy on the inside. When I take my first boot I always do a happy dance. I just can’t help it. The mashed potatoes are wonderful , especially with their gravy. I love the pepper kick. While I still enjoy their corn, I really miss the corn on the cob. Please bring that back. :). Either way, we’ve been a Church’s Chicken fan since 1989 and will be a fan forever! I highly recommend Church’s Chicken all the time. 🩷

I have been a fan of churches chicken since I was a small lad, so when I discovered the app I was overjoyed with the possibilities. Unfortunately this app has some very glaring problems. You Can not edit, change location (doesn’t show your location in UI until I comes out of the bill) or anyway to cancel a already placed order. And I come to discover there is a big F’U if you try, he’ll there isn’t even a person you can contact too it just sends you to do a tiny survey for your problem which is basically comes across as a suggestion box with a shreder attachment. Thank you, might better to just use DoorDash app if you want to order from churches chicken (even the employees recommended it instead).

I ordered online and when I went to the restaurant they told me they didn’t have the products I ordered so didn’t give me anything. They said they can’t issue me a refund at the restaurant that it had to be through the app. So I put the report on the app and didn’t get the refund. During the last 2-3 weeks I’ve been calling customer service to help me with this issue and they just continue saying my case is being escalated and someone will contact me soon. Now I have to dispute the transaction with my bank just because customer service isn’t helping me. For a product I didn’t receive because they didn’t have it but did charge me for it.
