Can’t use either app now. And can’t use the website either. I have prescriptions I need to manage and can’t access ANYTHING. I’m stuck in a perpetual loop of each app sending me to the other app over and over and won’t let me get past that. Not even when I delete the old app. Don’t release garbage and force us to download it if it doesn’t work.
New app doesn’t work

Was forced to download the new app but it hasn’t let me log in yet, just keeps telling me there’s an error they’re working on fixing. It’s been several days now, still can’t log in. I do most of my grocery shopping thru the app and do pickup because of my work schedule, which means I’ll be shopping somewhere else
Why change and then not work

I cannot order through either app now. It just keeps saying technical difficulties. So, I go back to the old one and it won’t let me use it. Thanks for making things harder for disabled who wants to do pickup.
