BellHop works on a simple idea: instead of star ratings you'll forget, you rank the hotels you've stayed at against each other. The result is your own ordered list of which places were actually better, and since your friends rank theirs too, you get real opinions from people you trust when you're deciding where to book.
It's as useful for a five-star splurge as it is for figuring out which of the lookalike chain hotels by the office is worth booking.

A fresh look for logging a stay: the hotel's photo now headlines the rating step, so you always know exactly which stay you're scoring.
We also stopped asking about notifications the moment you open the app. BellHop now asks only when it matters, after your first ranking or your first follow.
