As a medically retired former state employee, I kept the same insurance through cobra and then as my secondary insurance to Medicare, but it was getting increasingly more expensive so I went to the meeting and listen to the advantage care plans that they had for us that state negotiate deals with for the retirees. I met with the people from another well-known plan because I have two autoimmune disorders and I take some expensive medication and my gut just told me to go with Humana Medicare advantage and prescription drug plan.. I am happy to report that I’m not only very pleased so far with the services and how quickly they approve things, etc. but I’ve never been one to get on medical portal or this or that but they’re online application is very easy to navigate and if you have a question somebody’s right there to answer if you don’t understand what you’re reading . If you’re looking at different companies, I would definitely look at Humana and if you’ve never used an online app to be able to track things like your prescription isn’t missing that then I would highly suggest and recommend this one.

I had no idea how I would get to my doctor’s appointment today because all my usual rides were either gone or preparing to leave for the holiday. My sister told me on Saturday that I might be able to get a ride from my Medicaid carrier. I called same day and the agent, Tracy was able to help me set up my ride, and she patiently answered all my questions about getting rides to all the places I need to get to - like hair appointments! She was very helpful and kind, unlike most these days. I could hear the lovely smile in her southern drawl! Thank you, Motive care for hiring such a talented sweetheart!

About 40 minutes wasted after logging in with this app crashing repeatedly when I tried to connect to Chat, deleted it and re-loaded from Apple, got a weird opening message, logged in with Face ID then got a long popup user agreement that wobbled all over the page. It said I had to approve before signing in even though I had signed in but couldn’t get past this document. Tried many times to fully load the doc expecting an “Approve” box somewhere. Nope. The doc never full loaded. “2025” was the only thing on the last loaded page and all I could do was go back to the login page and try again. And again. And again. The overall experience is that one of the biggest companies in the country is too cheap to pay professionals to build an app so an employee who was assigned the task got their not-too-tech-savvy high school junior to do this one for an internship credit. I’ve been with Humana a long time and I think they’re good health insurance. A poorly made app can be corrected and would be very helpful. Hope they read their reviews and get it done soon.

Hello. I am a blind Humana customer who uses voiceover on an iPhone 15 Pro currently running iOS 26.1. The accessibility of the app has greatly deteriorated since I signed up with Humana in 2022. There are toggles that are labeled as "buttons" within the app, but when I double tap on these "buttons" nothing happens. I am unable to get claim information to find out what Humana has paid and what I, the customer, owes the provider. Also, it is impossible to filter when searching for care, not even by type of care I am looking for. I am at the point where I will need to look for another health insurance company at the end of the year. A company that I hope puts more thoughts into the accessibility of their apps for their disabled users. Please, do better with this app.Warmly.
