Two mistakes!

I ordered a pan pizza. Arrived to pick it up, they gave it away to someone else. Waited 18 more minutes for a pizza and watched customer upon customer collect their pizzas and go. I walked in for it and asked the girl working why I was still waiting for my pizza when everyone else was picking up pizzas and leaving. She said they were door dashers and they had to get them out. She then gave me my pizza. I walked to the car, opened it, and it wasn't what I ordered. I took it back and told her she should be able to credit me for my time and gas. She said, I can't give you a free pizza and a credit too. I didn't want that! I wanted my pizza! I was freaking hungry! I mentioned to a lady to check her pizza and she said I'm sure it's okay, I get my pizza here all the time. Well, me too! I've been a customer since 1994 and I've let things go before but this was ridiculous! I wasn't going to wait for them to make another pizza and correct their error! And to think, I tipped them! Maybe I shouldn't have gotten angry but I didn't do door dash, I came to pick it up. She couldn't offer me anything but an "I'm sorry" and we have to make it again. Ridiculous! Guess I'll be driving to Murphy for pizza from now on!

The previous version had some issues but they weren’t much of a problem and could be worked around. The new user interface seems a little clunky and there are a couple of problems that caused me to have to do some troubleshooting.First, user interface is a step by step procedure that, while it gets the job done theoretically, it seems like it could be refined to speed the process. The first problem I had was with the crust flavor section. I honestly don’t remember getting the option to set the flavor the first time I tried to set up my pizza. I went through the rest of the process thinking they were going to ask later but it never came up. Then I couldn’t find a way to edit the fact it had “no flavor” on the crust in the end and I had to start all over. When I got back to the beginning, I saw the crust flavor section and when I tried to tap on “no flavor”, it just moved to the pizza sauce section. I got frustrated and just ended up selecting a pizza I had bought previously.The next problem was in the payment section. First I couldn’t find the Visa checkout option and I wish there was an Apple Pay option but as I entered my credit card info and tapped the button, it notified me I forgot to fill out my name. No problem, I filled out my name then it tells me to fill out the credit card number. The number was already filled out. I checked it against my credit card and ended up just refilling the same number again and it worked.

Man I want to cancel this order since I waited 15 min before going to the store, and then they said they have a new system, and don’t have my order yet or any orders on the screen. I drove back home asking them to call me when it’s ready. They wanted me to wait in store another 15-20 min for my order that they didn’t receive. Didn’t ask what the order was but had a stack of cash at the counter looking like they were just getting to the store to open it. Although there were no orders there was someone in the back making someone’s order.. maybe that was just for himself? I wasn’t even going to order pizza but today but Dominoes was supposed to also be open at 10:30 but was not open. I spend a lot of money on pizza on a regular basis but I am ready to reconsider all that since .. 1 “. I can’t ever get my order on time. They always say 15 min but … it’s never ready until about 30 min or more, 2. The options or more page never has enough characters to leave a request like cut in squares and put the cheese on top of the toppings please. I always tip even though I am picking up the pizza and I am sure these people are being paid hourly.. plus tips? For checking people out who pick up their own food.? I expect my pizza to be done and done right but I hardly ever have cheese on top of the toppings , I always get 2/4 boneless chicken wings that look like a piece of breading with hardly any meat. As you can tell I am super fed up with Pizza Hut

Man I want to cancel this order since I waited 15 min before going to the store, and then they said they have a new system, and don’t have my order yet or any orders on the screen. I drove back home asking them to call me when it’s ready. They wanted me to wait in store another 15-20 min for my order that they didn’t receive. Didn’t ask what the order was but had a stack of cash at the counter looking like they were just getting to the store to open it. Although there were no orders there was someone in the back making someone’s order.. maybe that was just for himself? Part of my order was not delivered today. I was instructed by the delivery person that the store did not have what I ordered and to call them to get a refund. I called several times selecting option 3 to report something wrong with my order, and they kept hanging up on me. I pressed 1 to see if that would get me through to someone and sure enough someone answered. I explained my order was not complete and I was transferred to someone else for help. That person told me she could not issue a refund. I asked why they could not return my money for something that was never delivered. No business should be able to steal costumers’ money when they don’t have what you ordered. I was once again transferred to a district manager and after over 12 minutes waiting on the phone to resolve this I got was a message to leave a voicemail. I left a message and expect a call back. I’ve been trying the app to contact someone else and it keeps kicking me out and requesting that I sign in over and over again. My dinner is cold and I’m upset at the shady business practices. Theft is theft, even if it’s just $4. If they are willing to lose a customer over $4, then this means they are making a profit stealing from costumers here and there, and it’s very lucrative for them. Personally, I tipped the driver more than that but it’s the way the entire situation was treated from the beginning that has completely ruined my perception of this business.
