Simply download the Great Southern Bank Mobile Banking app and you’re ready to go. The first time you log in you’ll need your existing Great Southern Bank member number and Web Access Code (WAC). After that, you can save your details securely.

Ratings and Reviews
The app is functional and allows me to do most aspects of online banking relatively easily. When I need to check or do something that is a less frequent action, I find I have to click around on different options a lot to find what I’m looking for, so clearly the organisation could be more intuitive.
Please remove the “vault” function or at the least make it optional for people to activate it if they want it. Most people check their bank accounts because they do want to know how their finances are going. The “vault” is cluttering up the screen unnecessarily. So annoying, it doesn’t seem to have a button to get rid of it.
Online banking through the website is much better designed and has more functions but the app is an acceptable substitute if you’re busy out and about.

We’re currently working on some changes to The Vault which will be available in our next update that automatically moves The Vault to the bottom of the account list. Get rid of the vault
Please focus on a clean experience. This forced vault is clutter. Allow us to turn on or off the feature but then don’t leave the vault at the top of my screen if I don’t want it or show a vault at the bottom of my screen if I do enable it. Move these options to a menu so that we can simply see our core accounts on the main screen. Also do the resolution check before the cua logo shows as it’s also annoying to see the logo stretched and reduced each time the app opens. I’m on an old iPhone 6s so I’m guessing your defaulting to a larger logo then shrinking it on older devices after the app opens. It’s just sloppy. Appreciate your consideration for a cleaner experience.

SCAM BANK - DECEITFUL - waste of time
Customer BEWARE!!! They advertise a Esave reward account rate with a reasonable interest-rate. I go to the bother of opening a brand-new account and become a new customer and shortly after transferring the funds and they clear into CUA they reduce the interest rate just days after opening the account with NO notice, nothing... no email.. no text message no phone call... no notification through the app no notification through banking they just drop the rate & not tell anybody AFTER you sign up The account is so new I haven’t even received my bank card yet. And they didn’t tel me the rate was dropping??
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Completely dishonest I would not recommend CUA it’s pretty pathetic that in age of digital world they can’t even give you a notification the day before or even the day of reducing the interest-rate but no... they do it BEHIND YOUR BACK hoping you won’t notice!!!!
