Ok but pretty buggy

Frankly easier to use Uber Eats. Some serious improvements needed: 1. After ordering the app needs to take you to an order confirmed page rather than sit on the same submit page; runs the risk of submitting the same order twice, which happened to me once; 2. Should prevent you from going through the entire ordering process for a delivery (which you choose as an option at the start) and then tell you at the end that this is not an option for your chosen delivery provider (because then you have to go through the whole process again with a different provider).

Another disappointed app user

The other night I was dining in the restaurant and was up to a free drink. I stood there for a while trying to open the app but it just kept loading every time I tried to no avail. I ended giving up after about 10 minutes of standing at the counter continually being disappointed each time I tried and never ended up getting my free drink. The other disappointing thing is that the staff are unable to access and look up your reward details on their system, you’d kinda think it would all be linked so they could. And.... the time limit on collecting your next reward is a bummer. Why doesn’t it stay open until your next visit rather than giving you a couple of weeks (I can’t remember the exact amount of time off the top of my head). Perhaps a review of your loyalty system is in order from reading other reviews as well. A shame as your burgers are delicious

Worse than the mobile site

You would expect an app to be better and offer at least as many features as the mobile site with which it competes. Unfortunately for Grill’d this is not the case, which is truly surprising given that that core functionalities of the app are clearly just a wrapper of the mobile site. The app offers no method of going back to the menu once you check on your cart, nor a way to return to prior steps in the checkout process. It also fails to offer Apple Pay, or even credit card auto fill. Which are both offered by the website. Beyond lacking these basic features it is also unrealisable and slow when it does work. These would all be fine if we could use the far better mobile site but sadly Grill’d has opted to lock Relish’d rewards behind a
far inferior product.
