Had another fantastic experience at Grill’d. The manager and staff were brilliant — super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to assist with my order and made sure I got the best value out of my coupons, which I really appreciated.The burgers were fresh and delicious as always, and the overall service made the visit even better. Avoid ordering delivery via this app

We never received our order and there is no way to promptly report it or request a refund via the app. In this instance Grilld used an Uber driver who claimed he was provided with a random address on the other side of town and not at all like what we specified in the app and refused to deliver it to us. The order was marked ‘delivered’ in the app and the only way to raise a dispute was to submit a feedback form that stated Grilld would respond within 24 hours - that’s now a week ago. The only option appears to be to open a dispute of the credit card payment with the bank. We called the physical Grilld store and they told us they couldn’t send a replacement meal delivery unless we ordered another item from the app - but then couldn’t guarantee there wouldn’t be another issue with a delivery driver being supplied a random address.
“Looks good” feature

Absolutely love the “Looks good” feature — the feature that appears after you press order with a 10 second timer just confirming your location of order. This is great, especially for takeaway/delivery as I often get so court up in ordering I forget to double check the location and order from the wrong location. This has happened a few times at different vendors. Great job Grilld!
Ordering ahead to dine in is tops

Whenever we are out shopping or something like that and are planning on having a bite, one of us is the inevitably standing around waiting for the others. So it’s the perfect time to have a good look at the menu, pick our favourite selections, make all of our dietary requests, order drinks and then turn up to dining and our food is ready as we get there. No brainer
