Excellent when you can actually log in

I have attempted to use this app quite a few times and as stated in title when you actually log in, it’s excellent tin terms of having all the information at hand. But, my issue is I guess I only manage to log in may be one in every 5-6 attempts. Today I can’t log in at all. I have the Merceds me app as well and sometimes logging out of it cures the log in issues, but this could be a guess, or my imagination working.

Genuinely one of the worst apps I have ever used! 8 times out of ten you will try to log in and it states that “things don’t appear to be working” and you cannot see any of your finance details at all. If you do manage to get on the app it is the slowest you will ever deal with, doesn’t matter how fast your internet is, the app will slow down to a snail speed. Literally if I was just able to log on when I wanted and it wasn’t so slow, i would give 5 star rating but it is so frustrating to need info on my current loan but I can never actually get on

This app has a lot of bug issues that need to be resolved. The app itself once you can get access past the loading stage is great but the app fails to load frequently when opened. Reporting the problem online has issues with the letter character and word limit for describing the problem. Would be wonderful to have a fix, as this has been an ongoing issue for months.

Reporting the problem online has issues with the letter character and word limit for describing the problem. Would be wonderful to have a fix, as this has been an ongoing issue for months.

Crashes Far Too Often

I’m sure there were high hopes with this app - but it crashes WAY too often. It’s absolutely ridiculous. You’re automatically logged out after each use, and when you try to log back in you get a “things don’t appear to be working at the moment” text box. Apparently, things NEVER appear to be working on the app. Hopefully they can get it fixed, but I’m glad I won’t have to deal with it anymore.
