App barely works. Status and notifications working as normal, however car controls are hit and miss - lock, unlock and flash lights working. Open and close windows fail every time. Start and stop engine works every other try. Lights/horn says it’s successful but hasn’t worked once (car doesn’t do anything).I opted to wait for the 2025 model just for the remote status and control, yet it barely works! Hyundai needs to dedicate more efforts in maintaining the app and Bluelink functionality as a matter of priority. Pushing it as a selling point for the latest models when it is this flawed is frankly false advertisement, and legally I’m within my rights to request reimbursement for a portion of my purchase price when this was 1 of 3 major selling points. I highly recommend Hyundai resolve this before I exercise my rights, as well as ensure other owners do the same.Update:8 months later, and after countless emails back and forth trying to diagnose the issues, there has been no improvement at all. In fact, technicians just stopped replying to my emails, even though I’ve been providing logs and videos to try assist with their diagnosis. This should not be an issue any consumer should be facing in this day and age! Im now moving ahead with my rights as a consumer with a faulty, flawed product!
Hardly worth it

It’s been terrible recently. I brought a 2024 Kona in April and had mostly success with using the app. Since July (approx) it’s been useless. Takes ages to connect to the car, it takes a good 5-10 minutes just to unlock the door (and in a good 4g/5g service area too!) and it NEVER remote starts anymore. “No response to remote engine start”. I have been locked out of my car in more places then I can count. I had to wait upwards of half an hour to get the app to respond and unlock the door via the app when I accidentally locked the car with the app with the keys in the car. I now just use the keys and don’t bother with the useless app. Ridiculous on hot days at sports with the kids and I want to pre-cool the car. It is guaranteed to never work.
Handy App!

I have a 2025 Hyundai i30 N-Line Premium with BlueLink and I find this app very handy. I especially like the reminders when you forget to lock the car and you can do it remotely. My car is a mild hybrid and I sometimes get a battery caution on the app but no indication of a problem in the car. When I took it to Hyundai for a regular service, they said there was no issue with the battery and it may be an app issue. Hopefully this update might fix that issue, apart from that the app seems to work fine with my vehicle.
Works okay with 2023 Tucson

There is a fair bit of delay when starting engine but it works every time. But one annoying thing is that it keeps sending me door unlocked or not closed whenever I just leave it open for a few minutes or stay in the car after turning off for a few minutes. That’s handy but the thing is that it doesn’t give me notifications when the situation clears up, so I wish it sent another notification when I lock the door so that I don’t need to go and check the vehicle later on unnecessarily.
Enjoy seamless connectivity to your Hyundai with the Bluelink app.
