With the Fitness Passport app, you can access a variety of facilities within our network and enjoy a wide range of activities, including group classes at gyms, swimming pools, and leisure centres.
Features of the app:
- Access to any facility in the Fitness Passport network as a member
- Sign in to view your membership details
- Digital access using a QR code or barcode for check-in at facilities
- Search for facilities based on your location and membership package
- Find facilities by activity type, such as gyms, pools, group fitness, yoga, and more
- View your recent visits

Once you sign up and activate your membership, download the app to take full advantage of the benefits offered by Fitness Passport.
Requirements:
- A compatible smartphone device with internet access
- Access to your camera for scanning codes and to location services for finding facilities in the network
- Compatible with iOS 13.4 or later
We’ve improved the app’s responsiveness and streamlined the interface for easier reading.
We’ve also fixed some bugs causing issues with QR code scanning during camera warm-up.
Lastly, app’s performance has been optimised to improve battery health and preparing it for future heavy-duty tasks.
