They charge you 3 times! So i give 3stars

First time Lebara customer, they are so bad!

First up, they don’t have a way for you to order their 180day deals as e-sim, you have to order online, wait 1week for physical delivery!

They have a 50% off first plan deal; online only.

Then the SIM when it turns up, they had sent you a no-value SIM, so when you activate your plan in the app, they charge your credit card for 100% of the first 180 plan, again!!!!

They say the only way to get a refund is proceed with the porting of my number to get the 2/3 cost back! What a joke. They really need to make it simpler to order an esim from within the app. So complicated!

Cannot make phone calls half the time

Lebara was alright the reception has never been the best but well valued for money.
Past couple week I have been having lots of issues. Cannot make phone calls 80% of the times. Just says call failed or says nothing like death out going calls. I have restarted my phone and network reset over 10 times in the past week as I was suggested by lebara customer service after being put on hold for 45mintes but hasn’t helped at all. I’m going to change my provider but unfortunately I paid for the service until November 2024.

Terrible activation experience

To activate, it is necessary to provide the SIM number. Unfortunately, no matter what I try, I keep getting “Sim Number not found”.

I’ve scanned the SIM number with Lebara’s own app, but the error message kept coming up. I’ve entered it manually into the app, but the same error message came up again. I’ve tried entering it into Lebara’s website, but the same error message came up again.

Now, I’ve gone into their online chat to get help, but no one is responding to me. I have already waited 12 minutes. This is ridiculous. It’s an absolutely terrible experience.
