Description
This Transport for NSW app allows you to practice for NSW driver, rider and boating licence tests. Passing these tests is the first step towards getting a NSW driver, rider or boat licence.
The tests assess your knowledge of road and waterway rules and safe driving and boating techniques.
The practice tests look and operate like the real tests. You will be advised at the end if you passed or failed. The driver and rider tests have 45 questions and the boating tests have 50 questions.
To prepare for your test, we recommend you read the appropriate handbook for the licence you are applying for. Our Road User Handbook, Motorcycle Rider Handbook, Heavy Vehicle Driver Handbook, Boating Handbook and Personal Watercraft Handbook are available on our website.

Needs a update for bugs
Definitely needs a fresh update for bugs takes forever to load or answering questions are delayed there the only 2 major bugs that need fixing after they’re fixed the app will be perfect
To pass the test in first Go!
I believe doing about 20 - 30 practice tests after a quick read through the road users handbook will guarantee passing the test on your first attempt itself. That is exactly what I did and this app really helped. All the question along with exact same answer choices were from the practice questions. Do the practice test for a whole day and do the test next day, you will pass. Good luck
This app is free and there are no ads! The best part.
Buggy app and not working
At first it was fine, the questions took a long time to come up and it takes a while to find out if you got the answer right, and then proceed to the next question, but overall it was doing what it was meant to. The app wouldn’t always work when I was on the bus. For the last two days it’s not working, and coming up with an unhandled client side error has occurred. I keep hitting refresh but nothing changes. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but the same thing happens.
