I was looking for some data roaming for Bali so I could hit the ground running and not add another stress level to travelling with kids. I set up the SIM the day before leaving and that was quite simply although slightly different to the instructions. When we landed the SIM connected to the Bali SingTel network but nothing worked. So I checked the offline guide which I downloaded and eventually found it was a data roaming setting within the eSIM settings. Once switched on, I was up and running before we left the plane. We appeared to have coverage everywhere, and the data speeds were very good. We could even share the data with the phones mobile hotspot to our iPads. I have now purchased 2 more for our Fiji trip next year.

I have got my plan on black friday, and just used it recently. All I can say is this esim app is very convenient and with easy steps you’ll get your device connected to the internet instantly. I’ve passed this along with the rest of the family and they are happy with it specially with only a few easy steps and instant connection to the best net.Thank you for this app, keep improving!

App is easy to use and easy to set up an e-sim. Unfortunately the data was unusable in Japan, and I spent a lot of my time in popular cities (Osaka, Tokyo, Nagano, etc). There was either only 1 bar of signal or SOS only, and when I did get 1 bar of signal I couldn’t use my mobile data to use google maps or download an English menu at restaurants. Really disappointed because it isn’t cheap to get this e-sim and I mainly got it just because of the ease of getting off the plane and switching it on, however after 15 minutes of trying to look up a train schedule on the data I gave up and used airport wifi.

Great service, easy to use, easy to hotspot for the whole family. No service slow downs after using a certain amount of data per day. Will get again - in fact, have just purchased another one for an upcoming trip.
