Bravo Bitbuy! Hands down best Bitcoin buying app in Canada
I have used all of the other crypto apps in Canada including Coinsquare, Coinberry and Shakepay. This is by far the best app out of them all.
I love the quick turnaround times, low BTC prices and lightening fast customer service.
I’m actually surprised that Bitbuy isn’t talked about more often in the online forums because they have absolutely nailed it and I wouldn’t buy Bitcoin in Canada in any other platform!

Customer service issues
I made some money on crypto and went to transfer out a large amount of money to my external bank account. The transfer was sent by Bitbuy, but I had auto deposit off so it was sent back to Bitbuy.
Trying to track $10,000 while talking to customer service through email and I’m almost 2 weeks in and no end in sight.
I transferred my remaining coins out to another exchange, until this gets resolved.
Just a heads up
Needs some improvements before it can be labelled the best!
Things I recommend to creators after using:
- charts to show increase and decreases in price and time periods... as well a way to scroll/skim through hourly/daily time chart of crypto prices.
- frequent balance updates of coins in preferred country currency...
- option to set alerts when coin prices dip below or above alert price... make it a notification
- option to rearrange crypto positions you’d like to have see first in the list
- a balance of total crypto balance on top of screen that updates with every refresh.
PLEASE HAVE THESE UPDATED ASAP. THE LACK OF AFOREMENTIONED IS PREVENTING THIS APP FROM BEING THE BEST CRYPTO APP IT CAN BE!
