Few times the anxiety level were so high that I couldn’t even think straight. After my wife dialed the number and someone answer the phone and talking just talking about anything about one hour later I couldn’t even remember how to spell anxiety. The knowledge of person that just talk about everything and trying to help me was beyond what I could understand. Thanks lumino for this live saving app. Thanks to all of doctors and nurses and all the people on the other side of line. Thank you. Farid

I used the service; very easy and logical to sign and use it, quick answer, I spoke with a nurse and a doctor in the same day, they had to refer me to a specialist and although it took longer they checked on me and status, which I really appreciated.

I used the service for the first time to have a rash my 4 yr old has had for a few weeks looked at. The service was super fast and the nurse practitioner was helpful. She took her time explaining what she thought it was, how it happens and treatment. I will definitely use the service going forward!

One year ago the the therapy sessions were great. You could keep one therapist without starting a new topic. It was fantastic. Now you get five sessions one hour for one session and the rest are half an hour or 15 minutes. Not helping they’re not even trying to help. as someone who needs to surface on a budget this is insulting.And you can’t keep the same therapist it has to be a different one each time. Wasting a lot of time explaining yourself over and over again.
