Requirements:
• Subscription to Optik TV and live channels required. Not all channels are available. Online access for some channels requires TELUS Internet service.
• Mobile access is for use in Canada only, on select devices within wireless network coverage areas. Data charges may apply for mobile service outside Wi-Fi coverage.
• My TELUS account (previously My Account) is required to log onto this service. To set up an account, go to telus.com/register. Follow the instructions and then use your My Account credentials to log in.
• Requires iOS 10.0 or higher.
• Select On Demand titles available. On Demand titles cannot be rented on iOS devices; they must first be rented through Optik TV digital box. Users can then continue watching the rented title on their mobile iOS devices. Regular rental charges apply.

Keeps crashing when watching live TV or streaming

Apps keep crashing saying “ sorry an error has occurred . Please try again later . Error No.4-44-140 . Fix asap as this is annoying trying to watch live sports or and any type of streaming .😡

Screen goes black every fiveish minutes and says error. You have to leave the program and restart. Very annoyin

Too big!

It works well but the icons and fonts are so large you can’t see much at all! As a result the previous Optik remote app is more functional
