This has pretty basic functionality. It would be really nice to have the PiP (Picture in Picture) enabled for the iPad so that you can have the video one screen while multi-tasking.

Very unreliable app!! Log in issues ,freezes or does some kinda of time out! For a huge company this is a very lame app!!

Can’t log in

The site talks about all the improvements and I can’t log in through my Apple phone or iPads. I am using my MYtelus sign info as well but it doesn’t work. And I have searched high and low to find a fix - including deleting the app and reloading it a few times. But nothing works. Not much of a benefit if you can’t access it.
