Good when it works

I really like being able to see the booked shows and have tickets on the app but it could work better when no phone signal. Sometimes the tickets for the booked shows appear when offline but other times it just keeps trying to load.

Could be better

- Show start and finish times are not shown in the main list when you search for a specific time period. You have to click on the dates tab separately for each one. I would like to be able to scroll down the list and get a quick idea of what shows overlap and what shows I can squeeze in together. Especially as shows are not listed in time order.

- No functionality when offline. That is very poor. Especially if you are relying on the app for your ticket.

- Today when I go into my favourites I just get a spinning wheel. I have favourited a show I would like to see tonight but I can’t remember it’s name and I have not been able to find it again. This probably means I will miss the show and the performer will lose the ticket sales.

- You can’t search for shows in a specific time slot over a period of days. It always has to be for a specific day.

- Often very slow to start up. Not always but quite frequently.

The app should be designed to drive ticket sales and boost audience numbers. In its current form it is a mixed bag of help and hindrance which is a real shame.

Violently poor. Doesn’t fulfil most basic function.

Genuinely awful app. Fine until you don’t have a good signal, then completely and utterly useless. You buy tickets, get them all lined up in a calendar, then lose signal. None of it is there. Can’t even find out where your next show is. It constantly tells you you’re offline. I even missed shows as a result of relying on it. This app will literally cost you wasted money. Having an offline mode would fix all of its problems and this would literally mean the app downloading 20/30 words. It’s a stunning oversight.

This signal thing wouldn’t be an issue if it weren’t for Edinburgh. This city had bad mobile connectivity in 1994. It’s steadily got worse since then.

Violently poor app.
