Lou and her team are always so lovely when I arrive to my appointments. Lou provides absolutely top notch quality every time and I have always been delighted with her work. She is incredibly welcoming and makes every appointment feel like catching up with friends rather than just a nail appointment! Booking appointments with her is a breeze and I look forward to many a happy appointment with her in the future x

This is a horrible app, i was so excited as the idea is amazing but app itself is horrible. I had horrible forst experience as technician was really inexperienced, unqualified and was using dirty tools, then i wrote a review and it was not published as appearently businesses manage reviews and decide what to buplish which means the app is unreliable. My second experience was alright thou still person was new in job so her work was not so great but its alright of course her reviews were on top. The third one was a disaster, i went to a new place on time and ealier , the app did not show full adress of technician, only street, on the street was no ad of anyone having a nail shop, i tried to look for the phone number but it was not on the app page, and i had no way of contacting her, she on the other hand could have called me however she did not i waited on the spot for thirty minutes, reported her as a scammer lets see how it gies, she charged me for not showing up, and app let her do that even thou i did. I sent pictures to them lets see if they process it.

Fresha doesn’t support new businesses setting up there is no support for self employed people who own small businesses.They will not publish your business on their app when you start up I’ve had the app for 3 weeks now and had about 20 clients and still they haven’t published my account on the app. Meaning no one can see where I’m working or that I’m even a business, even when searching my name they can’t find me they have to have my link to the page.I was hoping that signing up to fresha will help me build my clients and they would be able to find me even people that I don’t know as usually when you search in eyebrows or lashes or waxing businesses will pop up in your area so you can see what’s around. But there is no support for new businesses setting up. The app is also very confusing and complicated takes a while to get the hang of I’m still trying to figure out where everything is. So do not get this app unless you have been in the industry for ages and your just transferring over to something else, to be honest I still wouldn’t use this app even if I was getting clients. I’m only still using it now because it’s the second time I’ve changed the booking app and don’t want to change again to confuse my clients so hoping they will let me page be visible soon.Would give one star but hoping that the app will get better

I am writing this review as a business owner who used Fresha. I have never in my life felt it necessary to write a bad review; I feel that speaks volumes at how awful Fresha is. I signed up as a business offering services but I quite quickly discovered if you are fully booked or do not have an appointment available and somebody searches your business, that Fresha recommend your clients to competitors offering similar services! Bizarre! I reached out to Fresha customer support but they were either non-existent or incompetent and could not help resolve the issue. I eventually managed to delete my Fresha account but my business is still on there, it just shows no available appointments, so if anyone Google’s my business, yeap you guessed it, Fresha pops up and re-directs people to my competitors! I advise at all costs to use another application for bookings, Fresha is quite possibly the worse there is! If I could rate lower than one star I would!
