Love this app! Always have.
Absolutely love this app, it’s a bit behind compared to the actual radio frequencies, but otherwise it lets me listen to catch up shows and live works okay enough to be considered acceptable levels (at least for me), and I can even see what they are about to play! Incredibly useful. One problem though, the My Heart section of the app does not seem to work. It takes forever to load for one thing, and then after a few songs it just seems to refresh the whole thing, play a different song and then even change the songs which I chose to play. It would be nice to have this fixed, as the My Heart section is one of my favourite parts of the app :(
Brilliant BUT
Everything is perfect however there is one small problem, I went onto the app last night and it wouldn’t let me take control of the songs. I tried reopening the app and it didn’t do anything however it was perfectly fine when the app got updated not long ago but it started to happen yesterday and I went on it today and still the same thing I CANT TAKE CONTROL OF THE SONGS. It’s very irritating because I like to listen to it at night. I also have tried reinstalling the app as well and nothing so I beg you please can u fix this.
Upgrade fail
I agree with the other review on here. I used to love listening to my local heart station of a morning. Listening on my phone meant I could take it to whichever room I was in. Now I can only listen to London shows.
App deleted! Let me know when it’s fixed. 😖
After my whinge I had a response from the developer and downloaded the app again and it went straight to my local station.

Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear you are facing issues accessing your local station on Heart.
When you open the Heart app you should be presented with the station selector page. If you click on the 'Go to Heart' button this will take you into the station page. When you are in this area the bottom navigation bar will have a 'Settings' option in the right hand corner. Tap on 'Settings' and then the 'Change Heart Station' option and this will then provide a list of all the different local stations that you can choose from to update your listening experience.
