Amazing product got even better with Apple Pay. Have been using Curve since 2018 (I was one of the early adopters) and not once have I regretted signing up. I’ve used both in this country (UK) as well as many countries abroad. Every single time, the transactions have been flawless. With competitive foreign exchange rates and 0% commision, what’s not to love? The ability to swap between cards and to “go back in time” all using only one card and app is genius. With Apple Pay now up and running, there really is no reason to carry any cards with you. And as there’s no transaction limits using Apple Pay, you can spend confidently in most places that accept contactless payments for pretty much any transaction. In the past 12 months I’ve spent nearly £28K using Curve (you can check in app) and not once have I had reason to complain. Oh and the cashback that Curve offers its Curve Black customers at 3 of your chosen outlets mean that I’ve accumulated nearly £120 in the past 12 months. Brilliant brilliant product. Recommend 100%

I have had a terrible experience with the company’s customer service. Despite contacting them for two months, I have received no proper communication from their team. They always give me the same lame excuse that their customer service team is too busy to deal with all the queries at this time and that we, as customers, should be patient. However this excuse is unacceptable as it has been almost two months, and every time I raise a complaint, it is addressed through email from one of their team members, who then forgets about it and does not follow up on the issue. I only wanted to change my password which is Simple task, I had no choice to do it in my own other than to contact the customer service, and they make it incredible difficult. I’m concerned that in the future, if i have issues with any payments or transactions, their customer service will ignore it. This so called Fintech company is unreliable, and i don't recommend anyone trusting them with your money. After reading reviews on App Store which was from years ago, i realised that many people have similar issues with their customer service. So their claim of being busy recently is a Blatant Lie!This company has no customer obsession, and they will have a hard time growing their business. I had to delete their app due to their appallingly poor service.

App is the online counterpart to the curve card. You can add Visa or Master cards to it to use as the underlying source of funds for the Curve card. App shows almost all transactions instantly and has a rewind feature incase you want to change the underlying card for a previously made transaction. If you were invited to the closed beta for Amex cards then those work too, essentially letting you use your Amex in places that don’t usually accept it. Those of us who were early adopters still have the beta curve rewards with cash back options on places such as Marriott, though I hear anyone who applies now will only have an introductory cashback period with select retailers. Ignore those who are saying that the app is a scam that takes your money. These people do not seem to understand what a pre authorisation charge is. When you add a new card it will hold £1 or £2 for a short time and release this back to you a few days later at most. It will do this to each new card you attach and is common practice.

I have had this app for over 2 years now, and it has simplified so much for me. All my services have these one set of card details on and I just set the card to use for each transaction. Much easier than having to worry about updating your yard details on all platforms when it expires as it you only have to update the card details within Curve. Obviously when the curve card expires you will have to update that, but one card to replace them all, great idea.That being said, up until now you have been able to add all your cards to the curve card free of charge, and presumably because this is becoming bigger and more common they are adding a pay wall up to enable you to add more than 2 cards, which i have always had more than 2 cards. This wouldn’t have been such a bad thing and i would definitely pay for it if the card you get from the first upgrade didn’t look as ugly and off putting as it does, as this is the card i would use for everything it should be appealing to want in your wallet and this black, while and red one just isn’t.
