Just saw this and thought I’d give it a go seeing as I use both starling and Monzo but could only get starling to link,I go through the process with Monzo and it does log me in but in my profile the only card that’s visibly connected is the starling one. I haven’t used it yet & it’s already playing up. Wouldn’t mind cash back on all the big shops and supermarkets rather than just a couple of gastro pubs/gourmet burger joints,that’s from NW/W.10 area so doubt there’d be anything in any town in the home counties or wherever. Once they grow it’ll get better and until then I hope they fix log in issues etc,it should be so easy to use that we don’t know we’re using it. Can’t wait for the Apple Card to reach U.K shores as that is that silent background worker with loads of retailers to get cash back from...

Gave two stars only on the basis it was easy to install on the starling app and the idea is good.Other than that, there’s no point in using this if you stay in any other major cities in the UK.3/4 Bella Italia locations (Edinburgh and Glasgow) and that’s it if you live in Scotland - that’s very poor.Starling should not promote this on their app for two reasons.Firstly, It only annoys people who download it as there’s nothing throughout the majority of the UK.Secondly, for the developers of the app. It’s just basically a funnel for bad reviews. People see it on starling, download it, find out that there’s nothing there then give a bad review.I’d have got concrete offers from companies throughout the UK before I’d launched an app like this.

I tried to write this review within the app ( but got an error) The app in principle sounds great, but unfortunately it’s not what’s written on the tin! Like most people I downloaded this app through starling bank. The sign up process is straight forwards, but also a waste of time when you find out there is only 2 retailers near you (I’m in Cardiff) belle italia and cafe rouge! On reading the reviews( over 15months) it’s clear no progress has been made with this app, and tail is only interested in getting sign up’s! I would not recommend wasting your time downloading and signing up, and banks like starling and monzo should stop promoting apps like this until they are fully established like many other incentive apps.

As the title says it’s changed name but it’s still poor. It’s either all online orders only and everything else is based near London. Do you realise there are a lot of people that don’t live and never want to live in london? Do those living further away not deserve offers and discounts too???Update 2025, well they now offer gift cards and the discount is so poor and they’ve not improved on my previous list of issues. I get better discounts from my employer than the poor 2% for a gift card. Until you cover the UK then this app is useless and starling should stop promoting it
